Reservations
To make a reservations please send a fax to the following number (506) 2653-6818 or an e-mail. Your reservations will be confirmed with rack and net rates, and any other necessary information within 24 hours. To help us serve you clients better, please make sure to clearly specify the needed for each guest and any special details needed so they will have pleasant vacations.
But in order to guarantee your reservation, we do require that on the day of their arrival your clients show us a copy of their voucher, which shows us their prepayment amount and any additional details needed for their pleasant vacations with Hotel Best Western Camino A Tamarindo.
Payments
Regarding to reservations in advance, we requires payment made at least 15 days before the date of your guest arrival, unless other arrangements are made.
Payments may be made in advance to the fallowing accounts. After depositing the funds please send us a copy of the deposit bay fax o e-mail so that we can confirm the prepayment.

Cancellation Policies
If necessary, please send cancellations by fax, telephone or e-mail. Unfortunately, there will be no refund on cancellations made on no show, 50% refund made in 3 days, 25% refund in 7 days. For group tours, there are no refunds on cancellations made 7 days before the date of arriving.
In case of a cancellation, Best Western Camino A Tamarindo will credit the agency the total amount prepaid when following our cancellation policies. If there are any questions in regard to these policies, please call our Director of Operations directly.
