    All reservations will be confirmed by email. All modifications and cancellations must be sent in writing (via fax or e-mail) to our reservations department. The request must indicate passenger´s name, quantity of people (adults and children), check in and check out dates, room type.

    Check in time is at 2:00 pm and check out time is at 12:00 md. After 2:00 pm HOTEL BEST WESTERN CAMINO A TAMARINDO will charge a $10 per hour of one room night rate and the full night rate if check out occurs after 6:00 p.m.

    Pets are not permitted unless otherwise indicated, with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs. Room preferences and special requests (i.e. bed preference, upper floor, and location) are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at check in time.

    CANCELLATION POLICIES

    Cancellations are effective on the date that a written notice is received via Fax or E-mail at our Reservations office. If a refund is applicable and adheres to the policies, the corresponding amount will be refunded. For the latter the following cancellation policies will apply. Any cancellations must be made in writing and sent to fax (506) 2653-6821 or by email to reservations@bwtamarindo.com

    Refunds, if applicable will be made upon receipt of written cancellation, refunds will be made as per the following    		  
     

    High Season (January 04, 2011 to April 30, 2011 / July 01, 2011 to August 31, 2011 / November 15, 2011 to December 23, 2011).
    Those policies doesn´t apply for holidays. Please check the holidays chart.

    Cancelation policies for Holydays
    From the 17   until the 24 of April, 2011 (Holyweek), December 24, 2011 to the January 3,   2012(Christmas and new year´s eve). It also applies for groups.

    In all cases HOTEL BEST WESTERN CAMINO A TAMARINDO will not authorize any refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of packages, or no shows.

    IMPOSSIBILITY OF PERFORMANCE

    It is agreed that HOTEL BEST WESTERN CAMINO A TAMARINDO will be relieved of its obligations in the event of natural disasters, fire, strike lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond its control.

    PRIVACY POLICY

    HOTEL BEST WESTERN CAMINO A TAMARINDO will maintain any and all information regarding our guest private to only our facility. The information entered into the site will not be provided to any other source. This information will be used sole by HOTEL BEST WESTERN CAMINO A TAMARINDO under penalty of applicable law.
